CHARLESTON, SC - October 5, 2012 - Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce that Andrew Hollowell has joined the firm’s Charleston office.
Mr. Hollowell was previously with Coppedge & Tison for six years (acquired by Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer in March 2012) where he specialized in large land sales and leasing of retail and office properties. He will continue to specialize in the retail sector.
Mr. Hollowell has worked with numerous national & regional restaurant chains as well as firms such as Ashley Furniture, New York Life, Sherman Financial, The Art Institutes, Goldman Sachs and Strayer University. He was the sole leasing agent for Centre Pointe, a 300 acre mixed-use development at the I-26/I-526 Interchange, anchored by Tanger Outlets, Sam’s Club and Wal-Mart.
A native Charlottean and a 20-year resident of Charleston, he attended the College of Charleston and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in history.
