CHARLESTON, SC - September 21, 2012 - Can we draft our own contracts without an attorney? Do we need an attorney to form our company? These are the types of questions all new and small companies face as they balance risks and the costs of doing business.

At the September Fridays @ the Corridor, Greg Finch of FirstPoint IP, LLC and John Farrell of Bush Law Group, P.A. will discuss everyday legal situations that plague startup companies including securities compliance, corporate governance, intellectual property and more.

This one-hour presentation, held at the Flagship on September 21, 2012, begins promptly at 8:30am. Parking is located at the Gaillard Garage on Alexander Street.
